Order Cancellation

  • Orders that have been processed and are ready for shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of 0 AED.
  • If you decide to cancel your order after the product has been shipped, the shipping fees will be deducted. After rejecting the product(s) and upon receiving the product, a full refund will be issued to your credit card, excluding shipping fees.

Refund Policy

  • In the event of an order cancellation, your refund will be processed within 4 to 7 business days from the cancellation request. We will notify you as soon as the refund process has started.
  • The total time for the refund depends on the refund method and the issuing bank. We will refund the full amount for the canceled product, but the bank may charge processing fees according to its policies.
  • If we do not receive a response from the customer within a week, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • If we process the refund via credit card, we will refund only the amount we received, and the customer will bear the bank fees.
  • Refunds will only be processed through the bank; in the case of cash payment, the customer will need to provide their bank account details to receive the refund.

Product Return or Exchange

  • If the products are damaged during transit, the exchange process will take place within 2 to 5 business days from the complaint submission. However, order cancellations or returns are not accepted after the order has been delivered. In the case of damaged goods, customers can request an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer must provide a picture or video of the damaged products when submitting the complaint.
