Campaign Terms & Conditions

Participation in the "Predict the FIFA World Cup Champion and Win AED 10,000" Campaign is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, FIFA, or any of their affiliated entities.

Campaign Availability

This promotion is limited to a total of 15,000 unique entry codes only. Valid codes registered during the campaign period will qualify for entry into the prize draw in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.

This promotion applies only to participating products containing the campaign card and a unique entry code. Products that do not contain a campaign card or a unique entry code are not eligible for participation in the prize draw.

How to Participate

Enter the unique code found inside the package, complete your registration, and enter the draw for a chance to win AED 10,000 cash.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The promotion is open only to residents of the United Arab Emirates.

1.2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

1.3. Employees of the organizing company, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion or enter the prize draw. Any entry submitted in violation of this condition will be disqualified.

2. Entry Requirements

2.1. Entry into the draw is completed by submitting the unique code found inside the product package through the official campaign website.

2.2. Each unique code grants one entry into the draw and may only be used once.

2.3. Participants must provide accurate and complete information, including their name, mobile number, emirate of residence, and Instagram account.

2.4. Participants must follow the company's official Instagram account at the time of entry, during the draw, and at the time of winner announcement.

3. Prediction Rules

3.1. Participants must select the team they predict will win the FIFA World Cup, and this selection cannot be changed after submission.

3.2. Any entry submitted after the kick-off of the first semi-final match of the tournament will be deemed invalid and automatically excluded from the draw.

3.3. Only participants who correctly predict the tournament winner and comply with all participation requirements will qualify for the final draw.

4. Prize & Winner Selection

4.1. One grand prize winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible participants.

4.2. The grand prize value is AED 10,000.

4.3. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize unless otherwise determined by the company.

5. Verification & Disqualification

5.1. The company reserves the right to verify all submitted information and may disqualify any entry containing false, misleading, or non-compliant information.

5.2. The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant attempting to manipulate the system or gain unfair advantage through unauthorized means.

6. Publicity Rights

Winners agree that their names and photographs may be used for promotional and marketing purposes related to the campaign without additional compensation, subject to applicable laws.

7. Privacy & Marketing Consent

The participant agrees that the company may retain and use their personal information for campaign administration purposes and to communicate future offers, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. General Conditions

• Participation in the promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or modify the promotion and its terms if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or regulatory requirements.
• The company's decisions regarding participant eligibility, entry validity, and draw results shall be final and binding.

شروط وأحكام الحملة

تخضع المشاركة في حملة "توقع بطل كأس العالم واربح 10,000 درهم" للشروط والأحكام التالية.

لا ترتبط هذه الحملة بأي شكل من الأشكال بمنصة Instagram أو FIFA أو أي جهة تابعة لهما.

نطاق الحملة

تقتصر هذه الحملة على عدد إجمالي قدره 15,000 كود مشاركة فريد فقط. وتمنح الأكواد الصالحة التي تم تسجيلها خلال فترة الحملة فرص الدخول في السحب وفقاً للشروط والأحكام المعتمدة.

تسري هذه الحملة على المنتجات المشاركة التي تحتوي على بطاقة الحملة والكود الفريد فقط. ولا تعتبر المنتجات التي لا تحتوي على بطاقة الحملة أو الكود الفريد مؤهلة للمشاركة في السحب.

طريقة المشاركة

ادخل الكود السري الموجود داخل العبوة، سجل بياناتك، وادخل السحب للفوز بجائزة نقدية بقيمة 10,000 درهم إماراتي.

1. الأهلية

1.1. الحملة متاحة للمقيمين داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.

1.2. يجب أن يكون عمر المشارك 18 عاماً أو أكثر وقت المشاركة.

1.3. لا يحق لموظفي الشركة المنظمة للحملة أو الشركات التابعة لها أو أفراد أسرهم من الدرجة الأولى المشاركة في هذه الحملة أو الدخول في السحب، ويتم استبعاد أي مشاركة مخالفة لهذا الشرط.

2. متطلبات المشاركة

2.1. يتم الدخول في السحب من خلال إدخال الكود الفريد الموجود داخل عبوة المنتج عبر صفحة الحملة الرسمية.

2.2. كل كود فريد يمنح فرصة واحدة فقط للدخول في السحب، ولا يمكن استخدام الكود ذاته أكثر من مرة.

2.3. يجب على المشارك إدخال بيانات صحيحة وكاملة، وتشمل الاسم ورقم الهاتف والإمارة وحساب Instagram الخاص به.

2.4. يشترط أن يكون المشارك متابعاً للحساب الرسمي للشركة على Instagram وقت المشاركة ووقت إجراء السحب وإعلان الفائز.

3. قواعد التوقع

3.1. يقوم المشارك باختيار المنتخب الذي يتوقع فوزه ببطولة كأس العالم، ولا يمكن تعديل هذا الاختيار بعد إرسال المشاركة.

3.2. أي مشاركة يتم تسجيلها بعد انطلاق أول مباراة في الدور نصف النهائي من البطولة تعتبر غير مؤهلة للمشاركة ويتم استبعادها تلقائياً من السحب.

3.3. يقتصر التأهل للسحب النهائي على المشاركين الذين اختاروا المنتخب الفائز بالبطولة بشكل صحيح واستوفوا جميع شروط المشاركة.

4. الجائزة واختيار الفائز

4.1. يتم اختيار فائز واحد فقط بالجائزة الكبرى من خلال سحب عشوائي بين جميع المشاركين المؤهلين.

4.2. تبلغ قيمة الجائزة الكبرى 10,000 درهم إماراتي.

4.3. لا يجوز تحويل الجائزة إلى شخص آخر أو استبدالها بمبلغ أو جائزة أخرى إلا وفق ما تقرره الشركة.

5. التحقق والاستبعاد

5.1. تحتفظ الشركة بحق التحقق من صحة جميع البيانات والمعلومات المقدمة، ويحق لها استبعاد أي مشاركة تحتوي على معلومات غير صحيحة أو مضللة أو يشتبه في مخالفتها لشروط الحملة.

5.2. يحق للشركة استبعاد أي مشارك يحاول التلاعب بالنظام أو استخدام وسائل غير مشروعة للحصول على فرص إضافية أو التأثير على نتائج السحب.

6. حقوق النشر والتسويق

يوافق المشاركون على استخدام أسمائهم وصورهم لأغراض الإعلان والتسويق المتعلقة بالحملة في حال فوزهم، دون أي مقابل إضافي، وذلك وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها.

7. الخصوصية والموافقة التسويقية

يوافق المشارك على قيام الشركة بالاحتفاظ ببياناته الشخصية واستخدامها لأغراض إدارة الحملة والتواصل معه بشأن العروض والأنشطة التسويقية والحملات الترويجية المستقبلية، وذلك وفقاً للقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها.

8. أحكام عامة

• تعتبر المشاركة في الحملة موافقة كاملة وغير مشروطة على جميع هذه الشروط والأحكام.
• تحتفظ الشركة بحق تعديل أو إيقاف أو إلغاء الحملة أو تعديل شروطها عند الضرورة أو بسبب ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة أو متطلبات تنظيمية.
• قرار الشركة فيما يتعلق بأهلية المشاركين وصحة المشاركات ونتائج السحب نهائي وملزم لجميع المشاركين.
